The MenuYou story
Paper menus are expensive, slow to update, and every price change means another print run. We watched owners spend time and money on the part of their job that should be the easiest.
Then we looked at what the market already had, and none of it was the complete platform a café actually needs. Most turned the menu into an image or a PDF and stopped there: no ordering, no reporting, no control over prices or availability. The ones that went further sold every capability separately, so at the end of the month an owner was holding invoices from several services — for work that should have happened in one place.
We built MenuYou to keep all of it in one place and to be running with no setup project: unlimited categories and items with photos, item attributes (sizes and extras with their own prices) and scheduled categories; a QR code for every table, a subdomain of your own and 13 ready-made menu templates — no designer, no developer, and no app for your guests to install.
Then everything a café or a restaurant needs day to day moved in next to it: order at the table and the till, reservations on the floor plan, a customer club with points, discounts, delivery management, inventory and recipes, an expense ledger, multiple branches and separate panels for the kitchen and waiters. Nineteen plugins, each switched on by itself — all in one panel and one invoice.
The rule has not changed: anything we add has to be complete and still stay simple. Every part of the panel comes with its own guide and step-by-step walkthrough, so nobody is left stranded halfway.
