Is Starter really free forever?
Yes. The menu, the QR code, unlimited categories and items and up to 25 photos stay with no time limit, and the printed card on your table never goes dead. Start fast, go pro later.
What is the difference between a plan and a plugin?
A plan is about the menu itself: photos, video, themes, stats and branding. A plugin adds a separate machine: the till, reservations, inventory, couriers, the loyalty club. No heavy plugin is ever folded into a plan; instead Professional gives you three light plugins and a standing 20% off the whole marketplace.
What does yearly billing change?
You get two months free and, more importantly, your price is locked for a year — later price rises no longer reach you.
What does a second branch cost?
The multi-branch plugin itself is free and each extra branch is 150,000 Toman a month (1,500,000 yearly). Your bill grows with the number of branches, not with plan tiers.
Will my data be deleted if my subscription ends?
No. You return to the Starter plan and only some capabilities close; the soft-landing table above says exactly what happens to each thing.
Does a plugin I bought work on Starter?
Yes. Plugins are independent of your plan and stay on whichever plan you are on — monthly or lifetime.
What does a lifetime purchase mean?
You pay once and that plugin stays open with no monthly subscription, updates included. It works out at roughly twenty months of subscription.
Is VAT charged on top?
No. Every number on this page is in Toman and includes VAT; nothing is added at checkout.
